This video from FLATE, the Florida Advanced Technological Education Center of Excellence, features an interview with Michael Ennis, a manufacturing engineer working for Harris Government Communications Systems in Florida. Mr. Ennis describes the work Harris does building communications and information technology equipment for government and commercial markets, and the many roles of the company's 50,000 employees, particularly those with 2 year associate degrees. A number of Harris employees describe their work, and information on continuing certification and education with the company, and the importance of education generally in the field, is emphasized.
